We I first started training it was to gain weight along my journey I’ve gotten stronger. I am deeply passionate about helping people get fit and stay motivated on their fitness journey.
I am a certified personal trainer specializing in strength and aesthetics, creating individualized fitness plans and nutrition guides that have been proven to increase confidence in and outside of the gym.
